As a Healthcare Virtual Assistant and a Registered Medical Technologist residing in the Philippines, she handles everything from appointment scheduling and follow-ups to answering inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Her goal is to make patients feel heard, cared for, and supported at every step of their wellness journey. 

Beyond her administrative role, Phoebe is also the creative mind behind the clinic's social media presence and visual branding. She designs eye-catching graphics, manages content, and helps bring the clinic's message to life in a way that's informative, engaging, and true to its mission. Whether it's a helpful Instagram or Facebook post, a patient spotlight, or a beautifully designed guide, Phoebe ensures that each piece reflects the care and personality of the clinic.
